Each year Washington County residents Jone and Don Bowman open the doors of their historic home in Williamsport Maryland for the Humane Society of Washington County’s fundraiser LuHowl.  This exotic and fun annual event offers attendees the opportunity to view the Bowman’s beautiful home situated on acres of bucolic country side, visit Mr. Bowman’s classic car museum, enjoy fantastic food by Applause Caterers, dance to music of The Spotlight's on You, try their luck at winning some of the wonderful silent and live auction items donated by numerous businesses in the community, and engage in friendly conversation with other party goers.  All proceeds from this event benefit our dog spay and neuter programs.  Available tickets will be sold at the door the day of the event.
