The ‘Join Our Email List’ button at the bottom of the home page is also processed through Network for Good. We use the information shared with us by Network for Good for donor management and marketing purposes, such as our email and direct mail campaigns.

The information given through these forms is used by HSWC specifically for the purpose of the form. For example, information given through the Lost & Found Report is used to file Lost & Found reports in our private shelter database.

Our chatbot is provided by Tidio. We do not collect any personal information via the chatbot. However, if you use the chatbot, it will collect your IP address and give us analytic data on how you interacted with the bot and the page.
