If possible, please print and fill out the Patient Information Form for each pet in advance and bring it with you to the clinic.

When you arrive at HSWC, please drive around the right side of the parking lot to wait in line for your turn. Please remain in your vehicle until you have reached the front of the line. Once it is your turn, you’ll be asked to bring your animal (either in a carrier or on a leash) and paperwork to the Vet Center door where a staff member will take over from there. You will then be asked to move your car forward to the Adoption Center door and wait for your animal.
Cash and card only. No checks will be accepted.
